Our warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life or in other words, EXO35 products are not guaranteed for a specific amount of time.

EXO35 reserves the right to inspect any product for determination of a no cost repair or replacement.

Our One-Year Limited Warranty provides coverage for the following:

  1. Stitching: We guarantee the quality of the stitching on our woolen shoes, ensuring that it holds up well over time.

  2. Quality of the felt: We stand behind the craftsmanship of our felt material. If you experience any inconsistencies or premature wear patterns due to manufacturing defects, our warranty will cover it.

However, please note that the following examples are not covered under EXO35 Store One-Year Limited Warranty:

  1. Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, or alterations: If the shoes have been subjected to extreme conditions or modified in any way that affects their performance, it falls outside the warranty coverage.

  2. Normal wear on soles or felt due to individual wear patterns or heavy use: Over time, natural wear may occur on the soles or felt of the shoes. This is considered normal and is not covered under the warranty.

  3. Poor fit: While we strive to provide accurate sizing information and ensure a good fit, individual preferences and variations in foot shape may lead to a poor fit. Fit-related issues are not covered under the warranty.
